Production Operative (Mixed Duties) Location: PeterboroughShifts: Early Shift / Late ShiftContract: Temp to PermPay: Competitive and different rates depending on the shift - enhanced rate on back shift My client, a busy and well-established production and fulfilment business based in Peterborough, is currently recruiting Production Operatives to join their growing team. This is a varied, hands-on role where operatives work across multiple areas of the operation rather than being tied to one task. The Role Duties will include a mix of the following: Operating production and machinery (full training provided)Picking and packing orders accuratelyDispatch duties, including palletising, labelling and preparing goods for distributionGeneral warehouse duties such as stock movement and housekeepingSupporting the wider team to meet production and dispatch deadlines Back shift roles are largely dispatch-focused, while early shift roles offer a broader mix of production, warehouse and machine operating duties.
