We are seeking a number of Multi-skilled Production Operatives to join the Operations team – a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. This multi-skilled position offers the chance to get involved in all areas of warehouse operations – from picking and packing, to processing products, goods in/out, and forklift truck operation. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring products reach customers on time, in perfect condition, and in line with the highest health & safety standards. Multi Skilled Production OperativeLocation: Doncaster, South YorkshireHours: Mornings OR AfternoonsSalary: £27,426 Contract: Permanent Key Responsibilities: Accurately pick and pack products for customer orders.Safely measure, cut, and label products to exact specifications.Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock.Prepare, load, and dispatch outgoing shipments.Operate FLT equipment (Counterbalance and/or Reach) safely and efficiently.Maintain accurate stock control and inventory records.Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and hazard-free. What We’re Looking For: Previous warehouse or distribution experience – ideally in cables or electrical products (desirable, not essential).Confidence in picking, packing, cutting, and goods handling – training will be provided.A valid FLT licence (Counterbalance/Reach) is preferred, but not essential.Strong attention to detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines.A proactive, team-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.Good understanding of health & safety regulations.
