Production Operative – Warrington People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our client based in Warrington. Shifts • Working 4 days and nights out of 7 (rota provided prior to start) Hours • 06:00 – 18:00 / 18:00 – 06:00 (Must be able to work both day and night shifts) Rates of Pay • £13.51 – £20.27 per hour Benefits • Paid breaks• Opportunity to go permanent• Excellent hourly rates• Ongoing work Day-to-Day Duties As a Production Operative, your duties will include (but not be limited to): • Completing quality records during production, including temperature checks• Stripping down equipment following production runs• Cleaning all plant and machinery to high hygiene standards• Reassembling equipment ready for the next production run• Carrying out start-up checks for the following day’s production Essential Skills • Ability to work both day and night shifts as per rota• Responsible with excellent attention to detail• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team• Previous experience as a Production Operative (food production experience preferred) Training Provided • Full industry-related training provided with ongoing support throughout Apply If you are ready to take on this opportunity as a Production Operative, apply today by clicking the link below or contact our recruitment team to find out more.
