The Role Position: Full-time, permanentLocation: Dover, UK - Will need to drive due to location Shifts: 4 on / 4 off (days & nights) - Rotating - 5:45am to 6:15pm then 5:45pm to 6:15amHours: 40.25 per week (12.5-hour shifts) Pay: £12.30 per hour (days) | £14.15 per hour (nights) As a Production Operative, you'll help manufacture high-quality products, operate production machinery, handle materials, and support smooth, efficient production processes. Pay & Progression After 3-month probation: £12.60 per hour (days) / £14.50 per hour (nights)Career Development Path: Progress to Multiskilled Operator after learning all six operational roles (£13.90 per hour, typically within6-12 months).Roles include: Stacking & Packing, Quality Control, Material Loading, and Machinery Operation.
