We are currently recruiting for a well-known automotive seat manufacturer within the Coventry area who are looking for Production Operatives to join their team.This is an exciting opportunity, ideally suited to candidates that have previous automotive, or manufacturing skills and are able to meet the physical demands of a busy production line.Shifts: Day Shift: 06:00 - 15:00 Monday to Thursday & 06:00 - 11:00 FridayRotating Weekly: 06:00 - 13:30 Monday to Thursday & 06:00 - 13:00 Friday 13:30 - 21:00 Monday to Thursday & 13:00 - 20:00 Friday Nights: 21:00 - 06:00 Monday to ThursdayDuties:Your duties as an operative may include but are not limited to: Building quality car seats for a very well-known brand Working as part of a team to pick parts and assemble seats Acting responsibly to maintain a clean and safe working environment Working quickly and efficiently to deadlines Quality Control Job Benefits: On-site canteen within a modern, clean shop floor Free Car Parking Overtime Available Weekly Pay Online payslips On-going training and development opportunities within their own training academy Previous experience of working within a fast paced production and assembly environment would be an advantage for this role.
