We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative for a well established Food Production company based in the Burntwood area. As a production Operative you will start your day at 07:30am where you will join the team on the production line.

Production Operatives will work with the production team in ensuring that the machine is operating at the correct frequency and quality checking each product off the line to ensure this is up to customer satisfaction. This role includes loading and unloading the Machine, quality checking and packaging the products and make sure they are ready for the dispatch team to collect. You will be required to work on different sections depending on staffing levels. So training on all sections will be given.

Throughout the day you will assist in keeping the production and dispatch areas tidy and rubbish disposed of where required.

Hours of work will be Monday - Thursday 07:30 - 17:35 with a 30min unpaid lunch. 40 paid hours a week with possible overtime on the Friday.

Pay Rate £12.35 per hour.

This Production Operative position is a temp to permanent role for the right candidate. So full commitment to the role is required as this is the last opening available. The client is looking to start successful candidates immediately.
