You would be a key player in the manufacture of the elements needed to create delicious products. You will work as part of a team to manage labour requirements against plan, get involved in continuous improvement and manage relevant KPI's. In Addition, you will manage and develop an experienced team of operatives who would be essential to your success as a Group Leader.
