• Role Summary The Production Operator is responsible for assembling finished goods according to customer orders while meeting quality and productivity targets. This role requires adherence to standard work practices and flexibility to cross-train across different production areas. Primary Objectives: Assemble finished goods to Customer Orders Meet (or exceed) Quality standards Meet (or exceed) hourly productivity targets Follow Standard Work Cross-train across different production areas (defined in Production Training Matrix) Experience, Skills & Knowledge Required Technical Skills / Knowledge Skilled in manual assembly (nimble and dexterous) Ability to read and understand assembly drawings and related production documentation Soft Skills Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn from colleagues and share knowledge.
