We’re looking for a Product Owner, Knowledge & Information Systems to lead and optimise knowledge and information systems that support legal and business teams. You’ll ensure tools such as enterprise search, external research platforms, and internal knowledge solutions are integrated, user-focused, and continuously improved. What You’ll Do Deliver and enhance knowledge and information systems across the organisation.Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to build user-centred, well-integrated solutions.Translate user needs into clear product requirements and maintain a prioritised roadmap.Monitor performance and adoption, using data to drive improvements.Support knowledge-sharing practices and promote best-practice use of knowledge tools.Provide updates on performance, risks, and progress to leadership. What You’ll Bring Experience delivering or managing knowledge, intranet, or information systems.Strong understanding of knowledge management, taxonomies, and legal know-how.Ability to define product vision, manage backlogs, and drive adoption.Familiarity with data privacy, confidentiality, and information governance.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Analytical, proactive mindset with interest in legal tech and AI.
