We are looking for a strategic and collaborative Data Product Owner to lead data mastering efforts within the Onboarding and Know Your Customer (OBKYC) Value Stream. This role is central to optimizing customer data processes, enhancing service delivery, and aligning data strategy with broader technology and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Oversee customer data processes and drive stakeholder engagement. Investigate current systems and workflows for customer data capture and processing. Understand internal customer needs and identify opportunities for improvement. Define and communicate a clear data strategy and vision for the value stream. Optimize data service costs using Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) principles. Develop and promote a compelling data product strategy aligned with tech strategy. Translate data vision into actionable product backlogs and roadmaps. Collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to enhance data services.
