Collaborate with internal teams (product development, logistics, and operations) to align sourcing strategies with business needs. Monitor supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery and consistent product quality. Stay updated on market trends, material costs, and global supply chain changes. Provide regular reports on sourcing progress, costs, and potential risks. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and compliance standards. Experience with international sourcing, particularly in regions such as China, Vietnam, India, etc. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Proficiency with tools like Alibaba, Global Sources, or other sourcing platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
