Day-to-day, you will: Product Strategy & Roadmap Own and drive the Fonn product strategy, creating clear vision and roadmap that aligns with Access Construction's broader strategic objectives for Main Contractors and Housebuilders Create and present business cases to senior leadership, articulating how Fonn initiatives support growth and market expansion Understand future trends in construction project management and build roadmap plans that differentiate Fonn from the competition Integration Leadership Work closely with the Principal Lead PM to ensure Fonn is fully Access Evo integrated and accredited, maintaining compliance with Access Group's unified platform standards Collaborate on integrated solution development between Fonn, Access ConQuest, and Access Coins Agile Delivery & Release Management Manage end-to-end roadmap processes from concept to product launch, ensuring we are building strong, differentiated features Work with Engineering, Design, and Support teams to deliver quality product quickly Customer Advocacy & Market Intelligence Engage with customers from to ensure a market-driven approach Represent the voice of the customer in all product activities and decisions Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation Stakeholder Management Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success to define and prioritise product features and enhancements Support Go-To-Market initiatives for new Fonn capabilities and integrated solutions Work with marketing and sales teams on solution messaging and sales enablement materials Information Security Protect The Access Group's Information Security Management System (ISO 27001) in accordance with our established policies and procedures Assist in identifying and mitigating potential information security threats and risks What we're looking for: Essential: Significant experience in strategically focused Product Management for SaaS products Proven track record in delivering highly successful B2B SaaS products to market Strong communicator with the ability to engage at senior levels within organizations Experience working in agile environments and managing complex product roadmaps Understanding the importance of delivering quality product quickly while maintaining strategic focus Data-driven decision maker with ability to balance customer feedback, business goals, and market trends Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation capabilities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams Ability to work to tight timescales with flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances Willingness to attend customer-facing events as required (both 1:1 and broader events) Experience in construction technology or project management software Highly Desirable: Deep understanding of the UK Construction market, particularly Main Contractors and Housebuilders Understanding of the some of the key communication workflows concerning revision control of drawings, approvals, incident management, progress capture, documentation on site Direct experience from working in the construction industry Experience working with LLMs and AI-infused products – from discovery to delivery Previous experience working in a portfolio of related products What are we all about?
