About the Role As a Product Lead, you'll oversee the strategy and delivery of key initiatives, working at the intersection of business, technology, and data. You'll guide a team of product and business analysts, ensuring the roadmap reflects business priorities and delivers measurable outcomes.You'll also play a role in identifying where data and emerging technologies (including AI) can add value - from improving customer journeys to enabling smarter business decisions.You will: Lead and mentor a team of up to 8 product team members .Define and deliver product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes.Translate complex business needs into actionable delivery plans.Manage and prioritise product backlogs.Champion product discovery and continuous improvement.Collaborate with senior stakeholders, technology teams, and analytics functions.Support recruitment and the growth of high-performing product teams. About You We're looking for a leader who combines product management expertise with delivery focus. You'll be confident operating at senior level while staying close to the detail of delivery.You'll bring: Experience as a Product Lead, Senior Product Manager, or equivalent.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Background in agile / SAFe delivery environments.Ability to manage complex projects across multiple teams.Strategic thinking with a delivery-first
