  • We are looking for a talented and proactive Product Designer to join a fully remote, Europe-based team dedicated to creating high-impact digital experiences. In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse and international group of designers, researchers, and developers to shape products that address real human needs across industries like SaaS, fintech, healthcare, and communications. You’ll play a key role in defining user-centered design solutions, building scalable design systems, and crafting engaging, accessible interfaces.   • Accountabilities
  • Design exceptional end-to-end product experiences across multiple environments, including web applications, chatbots, and native mobile apps.
  • Collaborate with UX Researchers, UI Designers, and Developers to create scalable design systems that ensure consistency and usability.
  • Develop and maintain Figma-based design libraries using features like variants, tokens, and auto-layouts to optimize scalability and structure.
  • Define visual languages, interfaces, and design patterns that bring clarity, simplicity, and functionality to complex systems.
  • Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and apply data-driven insights to improve usability and user satisfaction.
  • Present design concepts and project progress clearly to team members, stakeholders, and clients, adapting communication style as needed.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, feedback-driven design culture where experimentation and continuous improvement are encouraged.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional design experience, including at least 2 years in product design.
  • Proven ability to design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI components in Figma.
  • Strong understanding of scalable design systems, visual hierarchy, and responsive layouts.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Notion, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging user research and market data to guide design decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and accountable, capable of managing multiple projects in a remote setting.
  • Bonus: Experience in motion design, interactive prototyping, or animation.
  • Competitive monthly salary range: €3,600–€4,000 (gross).
