Are you an experienced Procurement professional looking for your next opportunity? Our client a growing London based university is recruiting for a Procurement Manager to lead its procurement function, drive best practice, and deliver value for money across the institution. You'll: Lead high-value tenders across all categoriesPartner with Senior Stakeholders and Budget Holders across the university to support procurement needsNegotiate and manage contracts to optimise value and reduce riskBuild and oversee procurement systems/processesEnsure compliance with legislation (PCR 2015, Procurement Act 2023) and provide training when required What we're looking for: Proven experience running end-to-end tender processes under PCR2015, Procurement Act 2023 and Procurement FrameworksStrong knowledge of procurement legislation.CIPS qualificationA collaborative and proactive approach to stakeholder engagement Diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the heart of what we value as an organisation.
