Role Description

This role will be in charge of coordinating major Procurement programs aiming at achieving medium- and long-term goals by interacting with Portfolios and multifunctional regional teams including supply chain, R&D, finance, and marketing. This is an exciting and dynamic role where the main responsibility is to connect business and portfolios strategies with the objective of delivering high impact projects to contribute to business goals and our external social and environmental commitments.

  • Central point for managing key projects and programs for Foods BU Latam connected with the Transformation agenda (Procurement Market Insights, Value Chain Integration, Net Productivity, Cash, Regenerative Agriculture, etc.)
  • Keep tracking and report progress of projects and programs to Foods Latam Leadership and relevant stakeholders
  • Support Portfolios and project leaders to identify risk and propose solutions
  • Responsible for preparing forecast cycles communication to the BU (NMCI) translating results into business relevant information for Retail and UFS and alignment with Finance.
  • Participate on Procurement’s Lighthouse Strategy Pillars.

Qualifications

  • University degree – technical, or financial discipline preferred
  • Previous experience in Supply Chain (Plan, make, source, deliver), R&D
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint are essential
  • Languages: Spanish (advanced), English (advanced), Portuguese (advanced)
  • Excellent communication & networking skills
  • Analytical capability and resilient behaviour
  • Self-Management (priority setting, risk analysis, resources)
  • Take ownership and responsibility; have energy and drive
  • Be result and solution oriented; be able to solve (unexpected) problems (in short notice)
  • Ability to work in virtual teams
  • Creative mindset
  • Proven experience in project management
