• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Assistant to join our Procurement Team in based in Washington in the North East.
• This role ensures that procurement activities align with budgetary goals, quality standards, and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Data entry
• Order placement
• Receipting orders
• Stock Management
• Liaising With Site Mangers/Suppliers
• Dealing with Internal and External Invoice Queries

• Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain-related roles.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in the infrastructure sector
• Excel, experience of utilities an advantage
