Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a Waste Recycling business that are looking to recruit a Process Operator to join their team based in South Kirby. Salary: £29,920.80 per annum (£13.70 per hour) 4 on 4 off shift pattern - Days & Nights 06:00-18:00 & 18:00 - 06:00 - 42 hour average weekYour key responsibilities: Assisting in the safe and efficient operation of the Residual Waste Treatment Facility by performing routine checks, monitoring equipment and cleaningTake samples and complete basic quality checksComplete training on Forklift Truck / Materials Handling Equipment if requiredSupporting the Shift Team Leader in completing their dutiesWork in accordance with SHEQ policies, including the reporting of safety concerns & incidentsClose working relationship with Operations Management TeamIdentify or support continuous improvement projectsEnsure the highest level of housekeeping is maintainedDaily cleaning of machinery within the Facility and providing light maintenance of equipment Requirements: Good understanding of health, safety and environmental complianceStrong people skills; be able to communicate at all levels throughout the company and externallyFlexibility to work across all of the residual waste plant and other areas of the site as requiredA proactive approach to workGood organisational skills If this role is of interest, please click apply now or contact Nicole Linacre at Elevation Recruitment Group.
