Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Process Operative here at Elkes Biscuits. As a Process Operative, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring various stages of the biscuit production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This includes operating machinery, monitoring ingredients, conducting quality checks, and adhering to production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor biscuit production machinery according to standard operating procedures.

- Ensure all ingredients are measured, mixed, and added correctly during the production process.

- Conduct regular quality checks on biscuits to ensure they meet company standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve minor machinery issues to minimize downtime.

- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following hygiene and safety protocols.

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.

- Complete production paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.

- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.

- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects as needed.

Due to the location candidate must have own transport.
