We are looking for an organised and proactive operations assistant to join our team manage day-to-day bookings, handle client communications, and keep the business running smoothly by being proactive, organised, and solution-focused. Help streamline our booking process, and bring additional administrative expertise and fresh ideas. Key Responsibilities: Organize and manage same-day delivery bookings efficiently. Monitor and update booking schedules to ensure timely deliveries. Communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner. Suggest improvements to booking systems, communication templates, and processes. Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation. Assist with invoicing and record-keeping. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role preferred. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
