New startup puzzle solving contest website is seeking a motivational and smart people person to recruit, train, and manage a team of SM influencers from around the world. Since the site is currently only offering English, we will be focusing on English speaking countries to start. Your duties would be to interview, screen and recruit top candidates to achieve powerful numbers of site enrollment and prize contest participation. Your compensation would be determined by the volume of sales and future business your team generates under your tutelage and positive attitude "CAN DO" leadership. There is no "free ride" being offered here. The monetary compensation will be an agreed monthly for your personal work plus a commission structure (percentage) on production of your team members. Please don't expect to be rewarded for "trying" or "failure." Longevity of this on-going position will solely depend on the positive production and revenues generated by you and your team. Compensation/commission will be discussed and approved before receiving an Upwork contract. If you earn this position, you will be offered an initial Upwork contract and the future funds will be given through bonuses connected to that original job. You will be required to manage your own fees due Upwork. This is a very intense and highly interactive website operating 24/7 (like eBay or Amazon).
