Following recent investment, we’re hiring a PMI Consultant to play a key role in scaling our advisory capability and shaping how we deliver exceptional client outcomes.If you’re currently in a large firm and feel constrained by scripts, targets that prioritise quantity over quality, or limited progression — this role offers something different.What you’ll be doingAdvising individuals, families and SME clients on Private Medical Insurance solutionsConducting full, compliant fact-finds and providing tailored recommendationsExplaining policy terms clearly, including underwriting types, exclusions and ongoing obligationsManaging enquiries from initial conversation through to policy inceptionBuilding long-term client relationships to support retention and referralsWorking closely with colleagues to improve processes, customer experience and propositionKeeping up to date with insurer propositions, pricing and market developmentsWhat we’re looking forEssential:Previous experience advising on PMI (individual and/or SME)Strong understanding of PMI products, underwriting and insurer differencesCompetent in compliant sales processes and documentationConfident, consultative communication styleSelf-motivated and comfortable working with autonomyDesirable (but not essential):</
