Private Label Sales Co-ordinator
Location: Hawick Mill
Hours: Permanent, Full-time, 38 hours per week, working pattern to be discussed.
Salary: Starting from £25,846 per annum dependant on experience.
Who We're Looking For
Are you motivated and detail-oriented? Do you enjoy working in a team and do you have good communication skills? We're looking for someone who can work efficiently in a high-paced sales environment, follow instructions and adapt to changing tasks as needed on a daily basis. If you have good concentration and great attention to detail along with an aptitude for adhering to timescales, good interpersonal skills and good timekeeping skills, we’d love to hear from you.
Key qualities we’re looking for:
- Attention to detail – accuracy is key
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales related role
- Knowledge of logistics and export documents
- Organisational skills for managing different customer issues at the same time
- A team player with a positive attitude
About the Role
You will be supporting our Sales team in our Hawick mill, you will be responsible for your own portfolio of customers. You will drive sales and liaise with planning and customer services to establish delivery dates based on stock availability and production lead times . Liaison will be required with our production and warehouse team in order to ensure that deadlines are adhered to and that customers are updated at all times. You will identify, follow up and deliver against sales targets and provide support for the sales function on key accounts.
Experience is preferred; however full training will be provided to the right candidate.
