In this newly created role, you will lead Private Credit product development for the Client Solutions Group. Working closely with investment, legal, operations and distribution teams, you will develop a rolling 3-year view and pipeline on product innovation, new investment strategies and product vehicles that can be launched, remodelled or optimised. You will be responsible for identifying product opportunities and then developing, structuring and executing, ensuring relevant and scalable solutions are delivered and that our product range remains competitive and contemporary, taking into account relevant competitive product launches and evolving regulatory changes. You will also take responsibility for delivering new Private Credit funds and separate accounts, coordinating investor negotiations of key legal documentation, and owning the New Product Approval process.
