This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled legal professional to join a supportive team and contribute to providing expert legal advice and support to clients.Position OverviewThe Private Client Solicitor will handle a typical private client caseload, including wills, probates, LPAs, and general elderly client advice, ensuring clients navigate legal challenges effectively and efficiently.ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of wills, probates, and LPAsProvide general legal advice to elderly clientsEnsure clear communication and transparency with clientsMaintain accurate and up-to-date client recordsCollaborate with the team to achieve the best outcomesRequirementsFee earner with minimum 5 years' PQE in Private Client matters (could be Solicitor or Legal Executive, or otherwise qualified by experience). Excellent communication and client-facing skillsAvailable end Feb/early March 2026.
