This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, approachable and growing law practice in Witney. The Role: As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage a broad caseload, including: ? Wills & Estate Planning – Advising clients on drafting wills and planning for the future ? Probate & Estate Administration – Handling straightforward and complex estates ? Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) & Court of Protection – Supporting clients with mental capacity matters ? Trusts & Taxation – Assisting with trust administration and inheritance tax planning ? Client Engagement & Networking – Building strong relationships within the local community What We're Looking For: ? Qualified Solicitor (4+ years PQE) with solid experience in Private Client law ? Strong client care skills and ability to explain complex legal matters clearly ? A personable, empathetic approach – you enjoy working closely with individuals and families ?
