Working alongside a couple of experienced fee earners you will be take responsibility for an existing caseload of private client matters including wills, estate planning, administration of estates and managing probate files, drafting powers of attorney, trusts and court of protection work.So you should be motivated by working for a proud, well run law firm with an established client base who prides themselves on providing excellent client service with a personal touch. On offer is a wills, tax, trust and probate caseload and you should have previous tangible qualified experience handling such matters.
