  • The Principal Talent Management and Learning (TM&L) is a strategic and hands-on role within the Talent Management and Learning (TM&L) Center of Expertise. This position is responsible for implementing, facilitating, and coordinating TM&L programs across their assigned region, while also serving as the primary facilitator and coach for learning and development initiatives.
  • Role & Responsibilities
  • Program Implementation
  • Serve as the regional liaison for TM&L programs, ensuring consistent execution and alignment with global strategy and goals.
  • Execute talent management and learning initiatives including leadership development programs, mentoring experiences, learning workshops, and capability-building efforts.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and regional stakeholders to assess skill gaps, identify development needs, and prioritize learning initiatives.
  • Support regional succession planning efforts by partnering with HRBPs to identify and develop high potential talent.
  • Contribute to global talent and learning initiatives, sharing regional best practices and co-developing scalable programs that align with enterprise-wide goals.
  • Support the adoption of global processes, tools, and systems, tailoring implementation strategies to meet regional and cultural needs.
  • Contribute to global TM&L initiatives by sharing regional insights, best practices, and participating in enterprise-wide projects.
  • Partner with HRBPs to enhance internal mobility that strengthen the regional talent pipeline and readiness for future roles.
  • Support the exploration and implementation of AI-enabled learning tools and platforms to personalize development experiences and scale access to learning content across the region.
  • Facilitation, Coaching & Learning Delivery
  • Design and deliver interactive training sessions (virtual and in-person) using adult learning principles and innovative methods.
  • Coach employees and leaders to apply learning in daily roles, enhance personal growth, and support career progression.
  • Adapt global content to regional needs, ensuring learning is culturally relevant and aligned with business goals.
  • Lead development and use of learning resources, performance support tools, and individualized development plans.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and assessments to tailor coaching strategies and enhance learner development.
  • Collaborate with the LMS Team to support the rollout and monitoring of online learning tools and resources to enhance employee development.
  • Continuous Improvement & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, TM&L Specialist, and business leaders to enhance the learning experience and drive engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report talent analytics and KPIs to assess program impact and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and outcomes.
  • Refine programs based on feedback, data, and evolving business needs to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for the Global TM&L COE Leader and regional leadership, outlining program impacts, lessons learned, and recommendations.
  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources,
  • Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a closely related field. minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in human resources, organizational development / talent management, ideally within a global or multicultural environment OR 5+ years of experience with a Master’s degree; OR 3+
  • years of experience with a PhD; OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Demonstrated experience with talent management, learning and development, and succession programs is desired.
  • Proven experience in training/facilitation and coaching employees and leaders.
  • Skills
  • Strong command of the German language (spoken and written) is considered a valuable asset for the role although not required.
  • Strong interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to translate complex global programs into simple, regionally relevant solutions that drive adoption and engagement with stakeholders.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills; able to engage diverse audiences and deliver meaningful learning experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Exceptional judgment in selecting methods and techniques to achieve goals with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to analyze and translate data and program feedback into clear narratives that demonstrate learning and talent impact to business leaders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and translating insights into action.
  • Adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of organizational development best practices.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital learning platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work across time zones and navigate cultural differences with sensitivity and awareness.
