  • Accountabilities

As a Principal Product Manager, you will

  • Define and own the product roadmap for core platform components, including Editor, AI Assistant, Player, and public APIs.
  • Shape platform strategy to ensure scalability, integration, and extensibility for enterprise and developer adoption.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to guarantee reliability, performance, and platform uptime.
  • Drive the evolution of AI-assisted creation features and intuitive workflows within the product ecosystem.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on user needs, market insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact releases on schedule and with quality.
  • Advocate for user experience excellence and reduce barriers to video creation across diverse audiences.
  • Act as a key influencer, communicating product vision and progress to stakeholders at all levels.

The ideal candidate will have

  • 7+ years of experience managing high-impact products, preferably with creative or collaborative tools.
  • Proven experience defining and delivering platform products, including APIs, integration surfaces, and extensibility features.
  • Strong product intuition with a deep focus on UX and understanding user needs.
  • Ability to navigate complex and ambiguous product areas while aligning multiple stakeholders.
  • Technical fluency to engage confidently with engineering teams on platform and API design.
  • Prior experience in video creation or editing tools is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills and proven success in cross-functional collaboration.
