Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with the organization's mission.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar organization.
Proven experience in strategic planning and project management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated capability in policy development and implementation.
