  • Purpose of the role
  • As a key member of the Operations & Pre-Sales function within Mobius Networks, the Principal Solutions Consultant is responsible for increasing revenues and margins through supporting complex technical sales, being an expert on new and current products in the portfolio and designing complex customer solutions.
  • Areas of focus for this role are to support both the Mobius Sales team and Customers whilst collaborating with the IT and Networks team and Group Product and Technical functions. This includes new product demos, remote and on-site customer troubleshooting and supporting customers deploying new solutions to accelerate sales. In addition to this, the role includes being an expert on the product portfolio including MNO Networks, Starlink, Router hardware, Mobius Network services and other Group products.
  • The role will play a key part in increasing Sales and the delivery and implementation of customer solutions, all whilst ensuring the highest levels of reliability, scalability, and security for the services Mobius provides to its customers.
  • Experience
  • ■ Five year’s experience in a deep Technical Sales role within the Mobile & IoT Industry
  • ■ A strong technical understanding of IoT solutions including eSIM, Private Networks, MNO Carrier networks and Router Hardware
  • ■ Prior experience with designing and implementing complex technical IoT solutions.
  • ■ A proven ability to support customers and internal colleagues with complex troubleshooting
  • ■ Experience with: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems
  • ■ At least five year’s experience in a similar role
  • Responsibilities
  • Responsible for accelerating Sales of new products and Value Added Services alongside the Sales Team
  • Support Sales to increase value and closing opportunities
  • Contribute to the strategy and development of the Company
  • Support industry bodies, special interest groups and standards committees relevant to the vertical sector, including presenting at events to enhance the Mobius brand
  • Own the Mobius Product Portfolio
  • Act as the product expert for Mobius technical solutions and products, including High Availability SIM, Anomaly Detection and Router hardware solutions. Including customer facing Sales.
  • Support and enhance Mobius’ posture in Cyber Security
  • Support customers with VoLTE deployments
  • Support the Sales Team to increase product reach and increase sales.
  • Supporting on and off site Customer device testing and troubleshooting
  • Become the product expert for WL Group products-including eSIM, conexa, web access vpn, sgp.32, Shield
  • Key Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a Technical Sales customer facing IoT Role
  • Highly technical with real hands-on experience of troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Strong multitasking abilities with the capability to manage and prioritise workloads effectively and efficiently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to self-manage time and productivity.
  • Collaborate and integrate seamlessly within a team
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic working environment
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Experience with working with third parties
  • Comfortable working both in an office environment and remotely

  • The Company offers 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Private Health Insurance, and Pension.
  • As the role includes significant UK, and some EU Travel, a Company Car will also be provided.
