KS2 Teacher (Day-to-Day and Long-Term Cover) - Thornton Cleveleys

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive and stimulating learning atmosphere.
• Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum for KS2.
• Flexibility to cover both short-term and extended teaching assignments.
• A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to pupil development.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
• Proficient in assessing pupil progress and providing constructive feedback.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning needs.
