To be considered, you must hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification and have prior experience teaching in a primary school setting. Strong lesson planning and delivery skills are essential, along with a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities Primary Teacher: Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons that meet the diverse needs of all learners.Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation and personal development.Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to support each child's academic progress and well-being.Track, assess, and respond to pupil progress, providing regular, meaningful feedback to pupils and parents.Contribute to the wider school life, including extracurricular activities, school events, and ongoing professional development.
