Kickstart Your Teaching Career in a Specialist School!
Ready to make a real difference right from the start of your career? We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our fantastic team. This isn't just any teaching job-it's an opportunity to build your skills in a supportive, specialist environment.
Our school is all about helping every student succeed. We're a small, tight-knit community for students in Years 2 to 6 who have communication and social interaction needs, typically associated with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). We focus on a positive, personalised approach, helping our students develop their confidence, social skills, and love for learning. You'll be part of a friendly team that includes therapists and support staff, all working together to create the best possible experience for our students.
This role is perfect if you're looking for a place where you can grow. You'll get hands-on experience in differentiated instruction and learn to create engaging lessons that truly connect with every child.
What We're Looking For
You're a qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent).
You have some experience (even if it's from placements!) working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), especially those with Autism.
You're committed to making learning fun and fostering an inclusive classroom where every child feels seen and heard.
Why You'll Love Working Here
Get fantastic support! We offer great mentoring and a collaborative team environment to help you thrive.
Boost your skills! You'll get access to professional development and specialised training in SEN.
Make a huge impact! This is a rewarding role where you can truly see the difference you're making every day.
Competitive salary paid to scale, plus benefits.
