Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with class teachers to deliver effective lessons.

• Provide individual or small-group support to students who need extra assistance.

• Help manage the classroom to maintain a positive learning environment.

• Offer support to students with special educational needs (SEN) as required.

• Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources.

• Support school events, activities, and parent meetings when needed.

Requirements

• Experience working with children, preferably in a primary school setting.

• A patient, caring, and supportive approach.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.

• Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are a plus, but not mandatory.

• A commitment to safeguarding children (an enhanced DBS check is required).
