About the Role

Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary SEN Teacher looking to make a genuine difference in the lives of children with special educational needs?

We're working with a welcoming and inclusive primary SEN school in Oldham that provides exceptional support for pupils with a range of needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who believes in nurturing every child's potential through creativity, patience, and a tailored learning approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for children with a range of SEN needs.

• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.

• Collaborate with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and external agencies to provide holistic support.

• Track and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.

• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to foster trust and consistency.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.

• Experience teaching pupils with special educational needs (either in a special or mainstream school).

• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.

• Empathetic, flexible, and committed to inclusive education.

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
