Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized support: Assist students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their learning goals.
- Facilitate learning: Help to adapt learning materials and activities to meet individual student needs.
- Support independence: Encourage students to develop their own learning strategies and build their self-confidence.
