Primary Classroom Support - Full Time Position, AigburthWe are looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team at a welcoming school in Aigburth, Liverpool. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with students who have special educational needs and to support their individual learning and development in a nurturing and inclusive environment.Key Responsibilities:Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons and activities for students with special educational needs (SEN)Providing individual and small-group support, helping students with SEN reach their full potentialSupporting students with emotional, physical, or behavioural needs, promoting a positive and inclusive learning atmosphereHelping manage classroom behaviour in line with SEN strategies and maintaining a calm, supportive environmentWorking with external specialists and SENCo (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support personalised learning goalsPromoting the social and emotional well-being of students with SEN, encouraging confidence and independenceThe Ideal Candidate:A caring, patient, and proactive individual with a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needsExperience working with children with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities (desirable but not essential)Knowledge of SEN strategies and a commitment to providing tailored support to each studentAble to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and other professionalsEnthusiastic, with a positive attitude, and a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of students with additional needsExperience or training in behaviour managem
