Who You Are A qualified teacher, experienced tutor, youth worker, or someone with a background in education, coaching or mentoringPassionate about helping young people who are out of mainstream education (e.g. SEMH, SEND, EOTAS, AP)Creative in your approach, tailoring sessions to each learner's interests and strengthsEmpathetic and emotionally intelligent - able to build trust and spark confidenceNot afraid to throw out the rule book when it's not serving the learner What You'll Do Deliver 1:1 or small group tuition focused on SEMH, but including core subjects where possible - but through a flexible, creative and relationship-first lensPlan engaging, relevant sessions that meet learners where they are - academically and emotionallyWork closely with Randstad's team to track learner progress beyond grades: confidence, engagement, and curiosity matter tooHelp young people reconnect with the idea that they can learn - and that learning can be joyful Why Join Us?
