EXCLUSIVE TO EAMES Fantastic opportunity for an experienced actuary to join a leading global reinsurer's Protection Pricing team in a visible and influential manager role. You'll lead and develop junior team members, oversee pricing delivery, and help drive improvements across tools, modelling and assumptions. What you'll be doing: Lead and review pricing work across Protection productsSupport quotes, pricing assumptions, experience studies and treaty performanceWork closely with internal partners and senior stakeholdersContribute to new propositions and commercial negotiationsHelp improve models, processes and pricing capabilityLine manage, coach and develop other team members What we're looking for: Qualified Actuary with solid Protection experience (income protection, CI, terminal illness or similar)Strong pricing background; reinsurance experience a bonus but not essentialComfortable explaining complex concepts to varied audiencesCollaborative leader who enjoys developing othersStrong analytical judgement and ability to balance commercial and risk considerationsSkilled in Excel; experience with R, Python, VBA or Power BI beneficial If you're looking for a role with meaningful responsibility, leadership scope and genuine influence in the Protection market, we'd love to hear from you.
