- About the Role
- We’re looking for a Pricing Manager who brings together analytical rigor, commercial instinct, and execution excellence.
- In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of data, finance, and go-to-market strategy — ensuring that every pricing decision is grounded in insight, aligned with business goals, and executed with precision.
- You’ll lead pricing initiatives end-to-end: designing use cases, running experiments, analyzing results, and communicating recommendations that drive measurable impact on revenue, retention, and profitability.
- What You’ll Do
- Pricing Strategy & Execution
- Lead pricing initiatives from concept to implementation, ensuring decisions are data-backed and financially sound.
- Translate business priorities into actionable pricing use cases and controlled experiments.
- Evaluate the impact of pricing changes on key metrics — revenue, conversion, churn, and customer lifetime value.
- Analysis & Insights
- Analyze customer, product, and market data to uncover pricing opportunities and trends.
- Build models, dashboards, and reports that inform leadership decisions.
- Deliver clear, actionable insights that optimize pricing across customer segments and products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between Commercial, Product, Finance, and Analytics teams.
- Ensure pricing decisions align with commercial messaging, brand positioning, and financial objectives.
- Communicate complex insights and rationale to diverse stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Maintain a prioritized pipeline of pricing use cases, ensuring disciplined execution and follow-through.
- What You'll Bring
- Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in pricing strategy, commercial analytics, or revenue management.
- Strong analytical foundation — proficient in SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
- Skilled at transforming complex data into actionable commercial insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong business and financial acumen.
- Solid understanding of price elasticity, A/B testing, financial modeling, and forecasting.
- Experience managing projects or initiatives end-to-end with measurable outcomes.

- Experience in subscription-based or SaaS environments.
