You'll shape bespoke pricing, influence portfolio performance, and guide a high-performing team in a role that blends technical depth with commercial impact. Key Responsibilities Lead pricing and portfolio analysis across complex corporate risks, including bespoke multi-line case pricing.Partner with underwriting, actuarial and group teams to build, enhance and maintain pricing tools.Coach junior analysts and drive technical excellence and best-practice across the team.Present performance insights, trends and pricing recommendations to senior local and group stakeholders. What You'll Bring Qualified actuary or data scientist with Commercial Lines / London Market pricing experience.Strong technical toolkit (Python/R, SQL, VBA, MS Office) and excellent analytical judgement.Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
