A great opportunity to work for a company big enough to be secure and stable but small enough to have a "seat at the table" in terms of their future direction The Role As Pricing Manager you'll spearhead their internal pricing capabilities, working with low code pricing platform Quantee to create models across a growing suite of 14 Insurance products. Keeping an eye on both risk and performance pricing for their lines of business. Ultimately reporting to the CUO, this role requires a hands on leader capable of creating and implementing strategy and in time building your own small analytics team to ensure pricing is optimised moving forwardsAbout YouAs this will initially be the sole pricing resource in the business, it's essential you have General Insurance pricing expertise and understand the GIPP regulations. You'll have a strategic and commercial approach to pricing, if you are qualified in actuarial this is a bonus and future qualifications support will be provided, but it is not required for this role. This role would be ideal for an experienced senior pricing analyst who would be keen to take the next step in their career.
