We are looking for a highly organized and proactive assistant to support the management of three luxury rental properties in Greece. Our homes are listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and our direct-booking website. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pricing and algorithm-based software (such as Pricing Lab, PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond, or similar) and is confident in optimizing rates and availability across multiple platforms. Responsibilities: Manage and update pricing using algorithm tools (Pricing Lab, PriceLabs, or similar). Monitor occupancy trends and adjust rates to maximize revenue. Ensure all three properties are synced and accurate across Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and our direct site. Update availability calendars and seasonal pricing. Oversee reservation flow and flag any double bookings or irregularities. Assist with creating and adjusting promotions or minimum-stay rules. Help with small administrative tasks related to property bookings (e.g., confirming reservations, sending info to the guest team). Provide weekly reports on performance, occupancy, and rate adjustments. Requirements: Experience with short-term rentals or hospitality (preferred). Strong knowledge of dynamic pricing tools (PriceLabs, Beyond, Wheelhouse, etc.). Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and channel managers. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Comfortable working independently and efficiently. Good English communication skills. Nice to Have: Experience with Greek tourism or European STR regulations. Understanding of direct-booking website tools (e.g., Lodgify, Hosthub, Guesty, or similar).
