Location: Finch Nest Preschool, Brasted, Westerham, TN16 1LL
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6 hours per day (term time only)
Salary: £18,000 per annum
Start Date: Monday 3rd November 2025

Are you a passionate and nurturing Early Years professional looking for a role in a warm and supportive setting? Finch Nest Preschool is looking for a dedicated Preschool Practitioner to join our team and help our little learners grow, explore, and thrive.

About the Role:
As a valued member of our team, you will support children’s learning and development through engaging, play-based experiences. Working closely with colleagues and families, you’ll help create a positive and inspiring environment where every child feels safe, confident, and curious.

Key Details:
Part-time: 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday (term time only)
Fixed salary: £18,000 per annum
Start date: Monday 3rd November 2025, earlier if all checks are completed beforehand.

What We’re Looking For:
A minimum of a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare
A caring, enthusiastic, and patient approach
Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
A genuine passion for early childhood education
