Their continued expansion has led to the creation of a brand-new Practice Manager role.The Practice provides bespoke financial planning and wealth management advice to private clients, with an exceptional reputation for high-quality service and long-term client relationships—evidenced by their strong referral and recommendation network.The RoleThis newly created role sits at the heart of the business. As Practice Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Management Team, playing a pivotal role in shaping operational excellence and driving future growth. You will review existing processes, identify efficiencies, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Practice.You will also provide oversight across administration, client servicing, and compliance, supporting a high-performing team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
