PR Account Executive - Leatherhead, Surrey£25,000 plus benefitsOur client is an international PR and marketing agency, and they are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic PR Account Executive to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with 6–12 months of experience in PR or marketing, preferably within an agency environment, who is eager to develop their skills across media relations, copywriting, social media, and client account management. You will support the delivery of integrated PR campaigns for a range of technology-focused clients, writing high-quality technical content, pitching stories to journalists, managing media relations activity, and assisting with events and campaigns. The role offers opportunities to attend client events and industry conferences, including overseas travel, where required. This is a hybrid role with 2 days in the office, 3 days at home.Key ResponsibilitiesWrite technical press releases, news stories, articles, case studies, and product-related content Pitch press releases and feature ideas by phone and email to journalists Research, identify, and track forward features and proactive media opportunities for clients Support with the full press release distribution process Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, journalists, and industry contacts Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries from journalists and clients Arrange and coordinate interviews and meetings with key journalists Support the planning and delivery of events, working within agreed timelines and budgets Attend client events and industry conferences, including international travel where required Manage and contribute to social media channels Support client advertising campaigns in collaboration with account teams Participate in client
