Key Responsibilities Log and manage development and bug work for in-house systems using Azure DevOps, following sprint methodology.Prioritise issues and escalate critical outages to Technology Managers.Coordinate training and software updates with internal stakeholders.Adhere to robust change control procedures and utilise DevOps for software lifecycle management.Monitor Microsoft Power Platform release notes and share relevant updates.Lead cross-functional projects from planning to delivery.Maintain professional communication across all phases of issue resolution and project execution.Stay current with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform developments. ??
