Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Powder Coating Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing products and applying powder coating finishes to ensure high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare products for powder coating, including cleaning and masking as needed

· Operate powder coating equipment in a safe and efficient manner

· Apply powder coating evenly and accurately to products

· Inspect finished items for quality and defects

· Maintain a clean and safe working environment

· Follow all health and safety procedures and guidelines

Person Specification:

· Previous experience in powder coating or a similar manufacturing role is advantageous but not essential

· Good attention to detail and quality standards

· Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

· Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety

· Willingness to learn and develop new skills
