We’re looking for a skilled professional to design personalized posture and mobility assessments for our clients. The ideal candidate will translate client video or photo submissions into clear, structured reports that evaluate posture, movement patterns, flexibility, and strength. This role blends movement analysis, sports science, and report creation. You’ll review client footage, identify key mobility limitations, and create detailed visual + written summaries. Responsibilities Review client-submitted videos and photos demonstrating posture, squats, hinging, shoulder mobility, etc. Analyze joint alignment, angles, compensations, and movement patterns. Generate visually clear and professional assessment reports, modeled after our current templates Identify key issues (e.g., anterior pelvic tilt, shoulder rounding, dorsiflexion limits). Provide concise written feedback on potential issues and suggested corrections. Maintain consistency in tone, structure, and formatting of all assessments. Communicate with the coaching team to refine assessment criteria as needed. Requirements: Experience in posture analysis and functional movement screening. Ability to estimate joint angles or use mobility assessment tools/apps (e.g., Kinovea, Coach’s Eye). Strong written English and ability to create visually organized, client-friendly documents (PDF or Google Docs). Comfortable using video analysis tools and templates for consistent reporting. (Bonus) Experience in graphic design or report automation for visual presentation.
